Mr. Nilambar Upadhyay is a results-driven finance professional with over 28 years of extensive experience. He has an in-depth understanding of the legal and financial frameworks required for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In addition to overseeing finance, he also manages HR operations at SEWAK. Mr. Upadhyay has been instrumental in strengthening and digitalizing the organization’s HR and financial systems. His contributions include implementing staff insurance schemes, internal audit systems, personal security measures, and donor reporting mechanisms, as well as developing various operational manuals.

Under his leadership, the organization is now working with over 20,000 farmers, 10 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and 650 Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
