Team Lakshya sets the "nudge2include" campaign rolling

On 22/03/2022, Team Lakshya Financial Services from Bangalore, the implementation partner chosen for implementing the #nudge2include financial inclusion project set their foot on ground in SEWAK headquarters art Rangiamunda, Sundargarh.

The directors of Lakshy Mr. Nishanth Kumar and Ms. Sonal Agarwal presented the grand plan to the SEWAK Leadership team and identified 30 Project Managers who would activate the campaign on ground. Ms. Ruchi Ramnn, senior ex-banker, who is also the Project Advisor to Lakshya team presided over the event.

The action plan of the ambitious project to lower the financial risk of about 1 lakh small/marginal/tribal farmers across Odisha involves 3 year long, multistage, multi-dimensional campaign involving a initiation of semi sponsored Hospital Cash Insurance, Education on risk and mitigation with Life, Health, Crop and Livestock insurance, Farming best practices and digital literacy was presented by the team lead, Nishant Kumar. As an on ground pilot, the team met farmers in 2 blocks of the total 17 blocks of Sundargarh and distributed the policies to the farmer families.

Lakshya is a Financial Inclusion specialist team that helps NGOs and Enterprisesin planning and implementing projects. Team Lakshya designs & operationalise the financial products.
